In the Tanzanian music scene, Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa, most often referred to as Rayvanny, stands out as a proficient Bongo Flava (Tanzanian hip hop) performer.

He was born on August 22, 1993, and although he has gained national and international fame, he is originally from the Mbeya region.

His music journey began to gain prominence with his song ‘Kwetu’. Following that, he was featured on Harmonize’s popular track ‘Bado’. Rayvanny continued to showcase his talent by releasing songs like Sugu and Natafuta kiki.
