The arrival of his best-selling 2008 debut album, Cinderella, launched the multi-talented and award-winning Tanzanian recording artist Alikiba (Ali Saleh Kiba),into East African superstardom.

Known for his captivating Swahili vocals and the infectious blend of Afro-pop with American hip-hop, reggae, R&B, dancehall, and traditional Tanzanian styles like taarab and dansi, Alikiba achieved international acclaim with his 2014 Tanzanian Music Awards Song of the Year, “Mwana.”
